First a written test was given. It was three parts; gauge reading, basic electrical, basic math/reading. After test was passed i was given an interview done by two guys. It was pretty straight forward and asked basic electrical and mechanical background questions. Then i was asked if i had any questions. After ward i was told i would be contacted with in a week with an answer. I was the only one at the time to pass there test but did not have any experience in the manufacturing industry so i did not get the job. Oh well, the hours were terrible. The hours consisted of one week days, one week swing, then one week nights, then back to days the next week. So it was a rotating shift that changed each week for as long as you work there.
