first interview with HR personnel, feedback positive. Next step interview with Director U.S. and HR manager US : only Director was present. (HR invited but no present - my impression feedback was positive) Third step: ??? - NOTHING. they disappears, 1 MONTH is passed without answer to my e mail and phone contact. i don't understand the logic to contact people , spend time for interview and disappear without feedback ..
Everyone that I spoke to was very kind, and the recruiter was very good at keeping me informed throughout the process. Only negative was that the whole process took over two months.

Very involved process and took many hours and different groups of people. This was not during Covid so not sure if the process is the same now. People were very kind and asked good questions.

passano mesi e non si sente piu' nessuno, nonostante le mie mail e le richieste di avere un feedback. anche il selezionatore iniziale scompare e non risponde piu' alla mail e alle telefonate...
