I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Houston, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
Nothing much to say, it was spelled out fairly clearly what my duties were. Interviewed with the manager and the DM, they were pretty cool. They asked me all the standard questions.

Question 1

I applied through other source. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts
Interview
The Store Manager & Regional Manager met me at a local Mexican restaurant. They did not "interview" me per-say rather than attempt to sell me on the company. It worked; I left there thinking I'd be a fool not to accept the job, that this would be a huge salary increase for myself and my son whom I raise singly.

Question 1
Wasn't asked questions as in a typical interview, instead the regional manager stated to me that it is his personal goal to put my current employer out of business.

A quick Q & A of auto parts and automobile knowledge followed by ethics and the rest was a lot of laid back chit chat and a walk through of the store.
