I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts
Interview
It was a pretty typical interview. Sat down and answered a few questions. The only thing that stood out was the aptitude test you had to take to prove you could deal with numbers without transposing them. Probably important when dealing with part numbers (and money). Everyone was friendly and professional.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Houston, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
Pretty simple, asked me a few questions on my past experience and how I could make their company a better business. Worked here for 7 months now, I hate it.
Questions
Basic car knowledge, asking about car parts, previous experiences, and personal questions like hobbies, and stuff like that. The interview goes by very smoothly, first is a manger interview, then a DM interview, nothing to dificult.
A matching test with numbers about 5 digits long.
