You submit your application online. They will usually call within three weeks to schedule a interview test. The test is a joke if you are a CS major. There is a quick math section, a word recognition section, and a "programming" section. For the last part it was just filling in empty spaces in flow charts. The test itself looks like it has been around since the 80s. After the test it took them 3 months to get back to me to schedule the interview. For the interview its very lax, mostly personal questions. It took them an additional month to hire me.
