Basic interview questions asking about experience, strengths and weaknesses, and letting you know general information about the company overall. Interviewer was generally nice but pressed hard on some questions, seems like maybe to test your ability to handle pressure.

The recruiter contacted about a Human Resources position. The first interview was okay. The recruiter admitted he was relatively new but was able to sell me on the finer points of this company. Overall the first interview was just okay. I managed to earn a 2nd interview, which didn't go well. Of course, I won't ever know that because they never returned any of my calls or emails. Overall the experience seemed more haphazard and unprofessional.
