Ridiculous process. Applied online at the start of October, received an automated response that I will hear back within a couple of business days. Never actually received any response. The vacancy keeps been reposted on various platforms, so it is still open. I understand not every profile is a match, but the least that can be done is provide this as feedback via email so that the applicant has the possibility to ask for feedback on what they need to improve.
