Terrible! I had applied for the role starting in June 2023.
I passed the OMP consultant challenge test in December 2022 but my recruiter left the company. I didn’t hear back from the team until Feb end despite multiple follow ups. The communication I received was that the roles for the June 2023 intake are full and I would be considered for Jan 2024.
Being an international student this wasnt possible.
So in conclusion I couldnt get an offer despite passing all the tests due to internal personnel changes at the company. An advice to other applicants would be to not depend 100% on the company’s offer and keep looking for other options.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. First off, let me apologize because we realize that the timing was not ideal in this case. We did indeed have a change of campus recruiter and it became difficult to schedule everyone who passed the assessment for interviews.
The consultant role is one that has incredible volume during the fall and spring semesters and we have acquired a new applicant tracking system to deal with this increase in interest. This will allow us to respond to all applicants in a more timely manner. We had more applicants than we had spaces for summer 2023 starts and realize that international students can not always modify their plans to suit the company.
