the first meeting was with the HR. The HR was calling from other country and did not know the situation in the Netherlands very well. The focus was more on the salary than the job.

Interview
A lengthy four-round process. It kicks off with same old conversation with a recruiter, goes on with an informal chat with a prospect team colleague. you then have to go througha technical test. The material provided was written in awful English making answers somewhat silly. The test also included a modeling exercise but no feedback was ever given. You then need to give a 20 in presentation over you assignment. Last round is a technical interview, frankly unnecessarirly detailed. All and all the interviewers were nice but oblivious to your potential, just ticking boxes.
