I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OTG Management (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2014
Interview
Nothing memorable, I dressed up but a colleague wore sweat pants and a hoody and she got the job. So there really isn't high standards.
It was at the airport in a secluded section with pamphlets of the company scattered on tables
There was an orientation after the interview, once I was given the job

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OTG Management (Newark, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a call the same day to come in for an interview. When I get there, i am presented with a paper application and about 30 other people waiting to be interviewed. The wait is about 2hrs before I get called to speak to a GM. Very basic questions but prepare a good answer. Then I am asked to wait again for a second interview which takes another hour or so and asked a couple more basic questions.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OTG Management (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very brief and to the point. The interviewer seemed quickly aware that I had sufficient experience.
Mainly questions on volume and products sold at previous jobs. If I can remember correctly I was hired during the time of the interview as I was asked to set an appointment for a finger print and badge.
