Interview
I received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview with hiring manager. She was 15 late in calling me but it was a pleasant conversation and I was asked to do an in-person interview. I met with the hiring manager, the regional manager and another employee in separate rooms. It felt like much more of a psychology test/experiment rather than interview. The same questions or statements were made with a slightly different spin. I asked if I would receive a call regarding next steps and was told yes. I sent a thank you email to those I met and received no response. I waited several days and sent an email to hiring Mgr asking about the status of the process, no response. I then received a Ding email two days later. I think it deserves a phone call or personal
Email rather than a canned email.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was an easy process. Just your normal, basic interview questions. Two step interview process and facility. Have all your questions ready and be sure to ask about the bonus structure in detail. Talk about to your ability to handle talking to crowds of people. Discuss the details of getting to events.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
A bit informal and kind of lackluster. I don't think the regional director even looked at my resume. It's a standard process - phone screen with HR, an initial interview, and a second round later on.
