      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in May 2015

      Interview

Applied online and received a response within 24 hours to set up a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview using their online scheduling system, which was super easy to navigate in addition to being very convenient since I was able to choose the time. On the scheduled date of my interview I called the contact number at the exact time I had scheduled. My call went to voicemail, where I left a message informing them of the time I had scheduled and that I would be available for the rest of the day (In case something had come up preventing the interviewer from being available). In addition, I sent a follow up e-mail to make sure there was no issue with our communication. I waited three days and still had not received any type of response. I tried calling and emailing one more time, and still never was able to talk to someone, nor did I ever receive an email response. It was very disappointing, and at this point I cut my losses and have since moved on.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in May 2017

      Interview

I was contacted a few days after I applied online. The phone interview went well, basic questions. Next thing you know, they scheduled me for an in-person interview. I was very excited. This position seemed very interesting to me. After I left the interview I had positive vibes, the manager seemed to like me and promised that in a few days I will be contacted for the next interview. Also, I was told that I will be called for an interview at a different location since I am bilingual. A few days later, I get an email from HR saying they are no longer interested in me and yet a few hours later I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I was confused, and assumed there was some mistake. Here comes the day of a phone interview, I called the same recruiter who I talked to at the very beginning. He started asking me the same questions as the first time. When I told him, I have already spoke with him on XY date and was already interviewed by a manager he says: Oh, ok, good bye. I was lost, and politely asked about the positions I've applied that were very promising. He shortly answered, saying the position is closed and hangs up without letting me to say a word! Very rude and unprofessional.
