I had three interviews and made it to a final round with Oak Street. I was left waiting for over 3 months, with consistent check ins with the recruiter, to continue being told I was "in consideration" and that the final decision was being "pushed back." After my final check-in email, 4 months after my first interview, I was told that the recruiter had "forgot" to inform me that they made a decision the past week. I received no feedback and no consideration for my time and effort into the process. I had spent over 5 hours interviewing, as well as multiple hours into case interview preparation and a slide deck presentation for the team. I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a company or have felt so disregarded by a recruitment team.
