Oak Street Health interview questions

Brief and easy interviewing process. It was a 3 part interview. Two phone interviews and an in person Interview. All persons we're open and willing to answer questions. Very comfortable interview process with transparency.

My total process consisted of two phone interviews and one face-to-face interview. The phone interviews were quick, friendly, and well-communicated to me by their HR teams. The face-to-face interview took a long time for them to coordinate and confirm. For scribes, the in-person interview is with the clinic administrator at the clinic HR selected for you. Some clinic administrators are very organized and professional, and others are not as reliable. The CA I met with was timely and efficient the day of our interview, but it took her a long time to get back to me. When I finally did hear back, she said they no longer needed a scribe for their clinic. A few days later, she emailed me again and said the position was open, and I'd gotten the job. This back-and-forth was pretty reflective of my time at Oak Street-- it often seemed that there wasn't clear communication between the central office and the clinics.
