Had a first round interview with the HR. After application process, reached out over a phone interview for an off-cycle role for Hong Kong office. Behavioural interview, not too technical, mostly discuss about CV, past internship experiences and university. Bilingual interview as the role required proficiency in English and Chinese.

Three rounds; one with HR representative and two with team members. One month process and communicative team. Limited technical knowledge necessary for the interview. Know about the company’s strategies and read up on the markets.

1 week 1st round, got declined afterwards. Interview was lovely, staff were super kind and really cared. All behavioral, not technical questions. They don’t give full time offers to interns.
