I interviewed at my university during fall recruiting; a few weeks later they flew candidates to houston for a second round of interviews and a tour of a plant. Interview at university was relaxed and informative for me, as well. They like friendly personalities and people who are willing to travel, as well as people who want to work in a plant setting.

Interviewed with 2 people. One wanted to stay on track with STAR questions and the other just wanted to talk which made it an awkward interview. At the end they said I would hear something in the next week but I never heard back.

Applied through University Job Board. Was accepted for the interview and interview was held a couple days after that. The interview was between myself and one of their Engineers, he asked a couple questions about myself and then a few basic behavioral questions. Received an offer within two weeks.
