Interview
Panel Style Interview, Two separate interviews with manager and various team members. They asked both financial and behavioral questions. Each interview lasted about forty five minutes. They took notes as I responded to their question. After the two interviews, I immediately responded with a thank you to all interviewers. I never heard back one way or another. I did do a follow up after two weeks asking for an updated. I was ghosted and never heard back. If you sit through two interviews, it would have been more professional to let candidates know rather than just ghosting.

Interview
Interview was for a financial analyst position in their Houston office. It was 30 minutes long and conducted by two people. One did the talking while the other took notes. The man asking the questions was probably in his early thirties and clearly nervous. There was no conversation as the format was one behavioral type question after another. After his choppy description of the position it became clear that the role was more accounting based and therefore not something I was interested in. Fortunately, every candidate was given a nice leather portfolio to keep so the process was not a total waste.
