It was a very friendly setting with the department head, she was nothing if not friendly; however, she was quite challenging and demanding - which gave me a good idea of what it would be like to work there.

Have you ever worked on an alcoholic beverage or a tobacco brand? Do you know how to advertise products that are legally banned from advertising?
CV opgestuurd en toen gelijk mail gekregen voor een gesprek over de open vacature. Dit gesprek was met twee account directors en was meer een kennismaking. Na dit gesprek gelijk een stage aangeboden gekregen.

The Interview process was 2 stages and was very smooth and easy, team are friendly and answered all my question regarding the role and the company. There was an initial interview with the requirement team, the 2 official interviews with the managers, one was a question interview then stage 2 was more task focused.
