The initial interview was kind of awkward, but the second phone interview was a lot easier, and more laid back. Be able to talk about yourself for a while, as they don't ask many questions initially and just expect you to talk for the majority of the time.

Great, they did ask me a few critical thinking questions. I had to pause and think for a while. Location of office is at cbd which is convenient, office has pantry and everyone seems rly friendly

Interview
A typical first-round interview where they ask you questions about how you can fit into the role. One of my biggest struggles was the time 30-minute limit and the interviewer taking most of the time.
HR calls you first to ask you about general questions (e.g., explain your experience, why you want to join the company, etc). It is then followed by an opportunity to speak with the team you applied for who ask you more role-specific questions.
