I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY) in Apr 2011
Interview
A superday-styled full day assessment. Including 3 - 5 behavioral interviews, a group interview and a case presentation
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The case presentation was the hardest part of the interview process. We were presented with a problem which we had to solve and then present to a panel that judged it and questioned us. We had to do all of this in 1 hour.
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
Ogilvy interviews are typically engaging and insightful. Expect conversations delving into your creative thinking, strategic problem-solving, and passion for the industry. Interviewers are often warm and enthusiastic, providing a glimpse into the agency's collaborative and fast-paced culture.
Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
