I applied online. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Singapore) in Apr 2018
Interview
I had a casual chat with some of the immediate team members I worked closely with later on during my internship. Questions were more focused on determining team fit. Because the position I applied for required proficiency in Mandarin, the interview was followed by a translation exercise. Even though I applied for a summer internship, they offered me a 6-months position, which I later accepted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Washington, DC) in Feb 2025
Interview
It was a pretty normal interview as they ask you about your education and experience. They wanted to get to know me as a person. They were also transparent in the interview as they were upfront with pay.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Washington, DC) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was difficult for it to be an internship. I did not like the questions that were being asked and i believe it was for an entry level role that they were thinking i wanted. this interview had so many rounds and for what, for interns to be paid minimum wage.
Sterile, impersonal questionnaire from an interviewer that couldn't respond to anything I said. Just back to back questioning with no acknowledgment of my answers. Disappointing and confusing for such a big name in the industry
