It was a fast process and to the point. It lasted around a week and a half before I got the offer. Interview with my boss to be and another person who I would be supporting during my time at Ogilvy. They just wanted me to explain my work and my thought behind it. Asked me basic questions about myself and how I would react in certain situations.

Great, they did ask me a few critical thinking questions. I had to pause and think for a while. Location of office is at cbd which is convenient, office has pantry and everyone seems rly friendly

Interview
A typical first-round interview where they ask you questions about how you can fit into the role. One of my biggest struggles was the time 30-minute limit and the interviewer taking most of the time.
HR calls you first to ask you about general questions (e.g., explain your experience, why you want to join the company, etc). It is then followed by an opportunity to speak with the team you applied for who ask you more role-specific questions.
