Two skype chats followed by what can only be described as a lengthy negotiation (or lack thereof) process via email with HR. It was to my benefit that the process was quite informal. I was background checked for references.

As this was my second stint, it was a quick process. I knew my hiring manager and had worked with him and the team before. This helped me as I had worked on the brands in the past and had a good understanding of what they expected from us as an agency.
