Received an email to set up interview. Had my first behavioral based interview and then received email for second round. They took a little long for the second email but communicated that they were taking longer than expected. Second interview was also behavioral.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY)
Interview
The process took over 2 months. The first round was very basic and general questions. Took them over 3 weeks to move you to the 2nd round. The 2nd round was very detailed, with questions about your past experiences. I had a terrible experience because my interviewer looked like he just woke up, had no interest to be there, and was just generally didn’t care much about what I had to say

Interview
It was about thirty + minutes long and it was over Skype. They had a standard questionnaire to ask, not once did they ask about my strengths. There was the typical weaknesses, difficult situations, difficult people, behavioral kinds of questions.
Overall I actually really enjoyed the interview process and she told me that I had done an excellent job.
