A 15 minute discussion. Simple process. They basically had decided to hire me, as they needed someone to coordinate a research project, and I had already shown my capabilities during my 2 month internship at Ogilvy & Mather.
They didn't ask much question.
Just asked what was your previous salary. And how much you expect.
They would have given me what every salary I asked them (ofcourse- there are limits), such was the case.
