I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy
Interview
Initial interview was over the phone with the HR person who was screening me to confirm that I met the basic qualifications required for the position. She was pleasant but to the point. Then we discussed my background and specific areas that matched what they were looking for. Then I interviewed with division SVP who was going to hire the person. It was a 30 minute interview over the phone that drilled down into the specific work that I had done that matched the skillset that they were looking for.
