OkCupid User Experience Researcher interview questions

Ghosted by OkCupid! I applied online with a cover letter describing "a research project I was most proud of." I had a nice phone screen with the recruiter and made it to the next round. I was scheduled for a phone interview a week later with a Senior Product Designer. The interviewer never called. I followed up with the recruiter 3 times and haven't heard a word since. For a company that's working to end ghosting I recommend that they take a look in the mirror.
