      Applied through okta website. Associate recruiter reached out in couple of days, emails exchanged. First interview scheduled, I decided to work from home to attend this phone screen. Most of the reviews I read was positive, I was looking forward to this interview. I didn’t get the call from hiring manager at scheduled time, no email on last minute cancellation nor request for reschedule. Couple of days later I followed up, I got a response back from associate recruiter, that this position is on hold and she will connect with me in future if it reopens. Unacceptable response for not calling at the scheduled time. Being recruiter myself, Good candidate experience is what I would be trying to provide. Positions open and close, but we are working with limited pool of talent. Be courteous and always close the loop even if he/she is not moving forward in the recruiting process. We could cross path again - so leaving on "a good note" might make things easier for future.

      Pretty straight forward with interviews with recruiter, team, and HM. Asked behavioral questions regarding recruiting for roles and partnering with HMs during the recruiting process. Everyone was very thoughtful int heir questions and it never felt like I was repeating myself

      4 rounds. Met with immediate hiring manager and 2 other leaders + 1 team member. Each interview was about 45 minutes long. Interviews were a mix of technical process based and behavioural Qs.
