I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (Mississauga, ON) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was a job fair in June for Part-Time Brand Associate positions. After this experience, I will never have anything to do with Old Navy again, or even be a customer. Candidates waiting in line were not treated respectfully at all. I started lining up 10 minutes before the job fair was suppose to start. It was really busy so there were quite a few people ahead of me. Everyone lined up to receive an interview by two managers giving interviews at a table inside the store. From the time I actually lined up, I had been waiting in line for 40 minutes. It wasn't until I had been waiting in line for that long, an employee started walking passed the line of candidates asking everyone individually for their availability. If we were unsure of our availability in September, they would tell us they ONLY want employees available in September and asked us to leave. This cut the line of candidates down to half. It was not listed in the job fair ad that they were only looking for candidates available in September. They would not even take our resume or give us an interview for waiting in line so long. Walking passed the store with half an hour left of the job fair, there was still a line up of people waiting to be interviewed. Those remaining people were told the store already had enough candidates and were asked to leave. This is a sure sign of poor management.
Very easy, ask about availability and strengths/weaknesses, when you made mistakes, schooling, and what that schedule looks like, if you are looking for seasonal, part time, full time, how many days ideally you could work, do you have a solid mode of transportation

Interview
They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
