I applied in-person. I interviewed at Old Navy (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had applied online because a friend of mine had worked at Old Navy for a few years and told me they were hiring. There also happened to be a job fair they were having about two weeks after I applied so I went in and the manager was there giving brief interviews. He wrote my name down and asked a few questions and said he had gotten my application and would forward it to corporate and I'll get a call in a few days to see what the next step would be.
