The process was very easy and not too intimidating. At first I went in and was asked a few basic questions and then I was asked to do a styling activity where I had to pick out an outfit for a friend.
Very easy, ask about availability and strengths/weaknesses, when you made mistakes, schooling, and what that schedule looks like, if you are looking for seasonal, part time, full time, how many days ideally you could work, do you have a solid mode of transportation

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
