Interview
For me Interviewing during the fall/winter holiday season was a group interview. About 5 people were waiting on the front of the store with me. We were all called to the back of the store and generic questions about availability were the main concerns. Afterwards we were called in one by one by to the managers office and exchanged information.

Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
