I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
I arrived 15 minutes early. During this time, I had conversations with employees working the fitting room. They gave me some advice for the actual interview and were very friendly. The interview lasted about an hour. In the interview we introduced ourselves and said three interesting facts about ourselves. We were then asked to play a ice breaker game and find three things that we all had in common. Then we were shown each section of the store. Our task was to create an outfit and a story that goes along with the outfit. We were also asked to "sell" the outfit. Afterwards, we were then asked to put the items away and asked our availability. The interview was a group interview and we were all hired at the end.

Question 1
Introduce yourself and list three interesting facts
Process was fairly easy and went seamlessly. No complaints except for slight tardiness of interviewer. Everyone that interviewed was very nice and the location was also great. I was offered a position and declined but would recommend.
Idk how your interviewer will be but open availability typically gets u accepted more and if your interviewer is chill (u read the room and match what they are giving) then you could be more straightforward. I told mine I don't like disrespectful managers like the ones I came from at my other jobs. Just kinda know what you absolutely shouldn't say if you're a blabber type with intrusive thoughts (mee!!!).
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Orlando, FL) in May 2024
Interview
It’s very quick. They just want to know if you’ve had any experience; it doesn’t have to be retail. They tell you that you’ll be put in any area so you have some experience in the store.
