My interview was held over the phone. She asked me very standard and straightforward questions about myself, work experience, and what I thought of the company. The interview was very short and low-stress. The interviewer was very friendly and offered me the job at the end of the phone call.

Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
