Interview
Phone interview, followed by a group interview. It felt like they wanted to get a sense of everybody's personalities. It was in the back of the store and we were all sat in a circle.

How would you help a customer who is complaining, how would you go above and beyond to help a customer, when was a time you felt like you had the ability to change a customer's day.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
