Interview
There is a phone interview to screen the candidates. After the phone interview, there is a group interview where 3 or more candidates are in a room and asked a series of questions to determine if they are a good fit for the company. The interview process is pretty painless and very interactive and will help determine if you think that you are a good fit for the company as well.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
