I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Plainville, CT) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied through snag a job. I was called to schedule an interview in person (no phone interview) first interview was a group, lady gave us a quick tour of the store then had us pick out an outfit we would wear. I was so nervous before the interview but it was quick and no stress. We then went to a back room to answer a few questions. We were first asked to introduce ourselves. The next day I was called back for a 1:1 interview with an assistant manager. Both interviewers were EXTREMELY friendly:)
Good luck you will do fine!!

What do you know about Old Navy? -group interview (this question was open ended, she just asked the entire group you weren't obligated to answer but you should!)
Since you don't have work experience , have you volunteered anywhere? What hours are you looking for? What is your availability? Why Old Navy? -1:1 interview
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
