Interview
Very relaxed and informal. Unlike any interview I had had prior. It was not the kind of interview to wear a suit to. We had been asked to bring an item in that described us and explain why that item described us. We were also asked to pick an item from the sales floor and "sell it" to the manager.

Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
