I was very disappointed in the interview process. Maybe my interviewer was having a bad day, but she sounded miserable on the phone and like she hated her job. She asked me right off the bat what store volumes I had managed before and how many direct reports I had managed and I answered. She then...literally asked nothing else, just asked the same questions over and over again. She didn't ask about my managerial style, or sales, or operations. Just asked over and over if I had managed a 30 million dollar store. By the 3rd time I was like, as I mentioned I have managed a 10 million dollar store, and department managed a 30 million dollar store. The whole thing was very uncomfortable. If they were a hard no if you haven't managed a 30 million dollar store then they should have just asked that in the initial recruiter email.
