Old Navy interview questions

The interview was in person. It consisted of both behavioral questions and situational questions related to the role and the applicant's ability to handle customer service. Be prepared to be personal and show how you would handle situations in the workplace.

It was very difficult, and some of the questions were unnecessary. I would not interview with them again. I also felt judged a nervous throughout the whole interaction. I had a better experience at another location. they were kind and were looking at my schedule. there questions were much easier and made a lot more sense.
