Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope interview questions

2 separate interviews with different people. Was led to believe after the background check any thing was possible.After the first week I contacted them by phone and was told the background check hadn't come back yet. After the 2nd week I was told they hadn't gone through them (background checks ) The 3rd week I went in person and was told nothing new yet. Have continued to call weekly. Last week when I called I was asked if I still was interested.

I was called in for an interview 2 months after they initially contacted me. The interview was very informal and the interviewer mostly just had a conversation with me. After 15 minutes he asked if I had anything else I wanted to tell him. It was slightly frustrating that the interviewer did not have any questions of real depth, though he was very nice during the whole interview.
