Assessment centre in London office with 3 other candidates. Completed 3 individual case studies rotationally and 1 panel interview. Whole process lasted a few hours, got back to me after 2 weeks.

Interview
Interview process wasn’t terrible, initial HR screening followed by a case interview and a behavioral. Case was very straightforward and the interviewer guides you throughout, providing help along the way

Identify a target market for a new product, identify any costs associated, and if it would be profitable in 3-5 years
every person that I met was kind and warm. The feedback from the interview was also really useful and I appreciated that they would take the time to provide this information.
