I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Kingston, ON) in Sep 2012
Interview
I have applied via campus recruiting. The interview consisted of two back-to-back cases each about 30 mins long. What surprised me was that the consultants did not give me any room to structure the case but jumped straight into detailed questions. They ranged from spitballing industry trends to interpreting graphs.

Question 1
Go through the value chain of an airline and identify the most significant cost factors.
Enjoyable interview process, had 3 interviews with various styles of case studies. Challenging questions and all with partners at the firm. Overall, I would say it was a seamless experience
The first round was 2 cases 30 minutes one with senior analyst and one with a partner. Final round, in person, 3 cases 30 minutes each and 1 cv panel interview.

Question 1
why OW, sitution when you had to work in a team to solve a problem, walk me through your CV.
People were pretty nice. Process was as expected with a normal consulting interview. Never made it past the first round which was split into two parts - behavioral interview and then a case.
