I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Zürich) in Feb 2019
Interview
There is an online numeric test to be passed beforehand. You then get invited to an interview, where you have 3x 45 min interview (case study + personal part) with a different partner/consultant each. The case studies are a lot less “strict” in their setup compared to the competitors, it was a lot more open discussions about business in general.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman
Interview
VP in the interview kept interupting with mhms that threw me off guard; questions were rapid fire and didn't seem like he cared much; the case was from someone who genuinely did not care at all for the interview -- they were extremely dismissive and was not paying attention; easy case but bad experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in Jan 2025
Interview
No HR screening at the beginning. In total, 5/6 case interviews, most of them with very senior people (i.e. partners). Positive experience overall while they were a bit long in providing a feedback

Various market sizing exercises, with different difficulties
This was a longer interview process than all other consulting interviews I've done (6+ rounds). The interviewers were great, but HR & processes were not very friendly at different stages.
