I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman
Interview
Asked for an interview in the London offices, 30 min case interview and 30 min CV with two separate people. The case was quite simple but I wasn't prepared enough. Otherwise, not that difficult as a first round interview but I bet the cases on the second round would've been more difficult.
They called and gave feedback and they were very very polite about it.

Question 1
Could you live off the money you stole from a bank?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Sydney) in Mar 2026
Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
