The first-round interview was an hour-long. One 30 minutes behavioral and one 30 minutes case study interview. The interviewers did not ask any trick questions and were willing to help you out.

Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
