Interview
Entretien individuel avec plusieurs membres de l'équipe (mais pas en même temps), dans leur locaux, autour d'un café, à la fois détendu et très professionnel. Des questions techniques m'ont été posées à la fin. Il faut pouvoir bien expliquer et présenter des informations techniques en langage clair et précis. Chaque collaborateur fait un retour à son supérieur qui décide ensuite s'il/elle souhaite aussi vous rencontrer. Si c'est négatif, un collaborateur vous rappelle et vous explique clairement là où vous auriez pu mieux faire, ce qui est sympa.

Pourquoi avez-vous choisi de débuter votre carrière dans le conseil?
Four interviews with, in order: a manager, a principal, a partner and then head partner. All interviews were motivation/industry understanding/walk me through your CV. They were curious about my coding skills and I got asked multiple times how my coding skills would suit this job,

Interview
The overal experience was pretty good. However be prepared to answer questions on european regulatory stuff like Solvency II. Besides get a little prepared for random probability questions. If you do that you should be fine.
I was asked to join a couple interviews, one with the manager and one with each member of the team. Everyone was very personable and the interview process was reasonably difficult. They asked me questions about how I approach different actuarial lines and methods.
