I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman
Interview
Two separate phone interviews - one case interview and one fit interview. Fit interview was behavioral and focused on typical teamwork questions - ie biggest accomplishments in a team, problem solving as a team, challenge facing a team. Also one market sizing type question. Case interview was much harder and rather than being a typical operational question, was focused on taxes and government regulations.

Question 1
The case interview covered how the government might recoup lost tax dollars from tax evasion.
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
Did not recieve a callback.
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.
