Phone screen followed by a behavioral and case interview. This was then followed by two more behavioral and case interviews. Everything is virtual; though they said we could do it in person if I really wanted to. Overall good experience.

Interview
The interviews are primarily based upon functional case-studies. And deliberations are led by Partners at the firm. Normal interview lasts for about an hour in which first 10-15 minutes will be spent in HR questions and remaining on a case-study.

Case-studies based questions were asked, in addition to normal HR questions in each round.
Es gab zwei Vorstellungsgespräche, davon eines persönlich. Kein Assessment. Insgesamt lief alles etwas chaotisch ab. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bewerbung 2008 gab es wohl keinen sauberen Prozess. Insgesamt war hier viel Luft nach oben.
