The first round interview had two thirty minute parts. The first part was behavioral interview questions, the second was a case study. This was conducted over Zoom. The second round (final) interview took place in person. I was flown to NYC, stayed in a hotel. The interview structure was the same as before, but one of the partners conducted the case interview.

In the first behavioral I was asked: “Describe a time you faced and overcame a challenge in your work.”
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Zürich)

Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
